One of the best habits you could ever develop is to get into the habit of being thankful and grateful for the people and things in your life. It’s sometimes oh so easy to get into the habit of seeing the “cup half empty” rather than the “cup half full.” We all have habits, whether we realise it or not, and a habit can be a strength so use your habits to enhance how you look at life and count your blessings rather than nurture habits that detract from the quality of the life you believe you’re leading. Doesn’t this make sense?
