“When the dark clouds of doubt, anger or worry begin to move upon you, steady yourself in the knowledge that, in time, the storm will pass.”

February 14, 2016

It’s something I try to do whenever I’m facing a problem, feeling angry, worrying, or occasionally when the dark cloud of just feeling down seems to hover over my head. I’ve learned, from experience, that because time passes no matter what’s going on in our lives, it all eventually fades into the past. So, no matter how dire things appear, I can be reassured it’s a transitory phase and I just need to focus on this fact until the “weather” forecast becomes more promising for the future.
