“When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself.” (Wayne Dyer)

This asks us to look at ourselves when we are inclined or tempted to judge other people. Sometimes we can be very judgemental can’t we? I know I can. However, I really understand what this is saying. Every one of us is defined by the words or actions we use to judge someone else, usually without really getting to know them, or being able to get to know them. How many times have you judged someone, then got to know them better, and reversed your initial judgement? What do you think of the person you were when you made that judgement? Exactly! Get it now?
